Excellent and easy, thick and spicy Ingredients:
2 cups refried beans, black beans |
2 cups black beans, cooked, canned |
6 ounces peppers, chili green, canned |
1 1/2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast |
2 1/2 cups chicken broth |
1 tsp cumin |
2 tsp cayenne pepper |
1 tbsp chili powder |
2 tbsp minced onion |
Directions:
1. Cook the chicken breast in chicken broth along with all spices. Meanwhile, on low heat, warm the black beans canned green chiles, and refried beans together. When chicken is cooked, stir in chicken and broth until smooth. Heat through, stirring regularly. |
