I made this dip while inspired by hummus! It's soo delish. Ingredients:
30 oz black beans |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 hot pepper |
1/8 tablespoon cayenne pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 tablespoons flax seed |
1 tablespoon garlic |
Directions:
1. Pour both cans in to a food processor and blend until smooth(er). 2. Grind the flax seeds in a coffee grinder (if you have one available). 3. Slice and de-seed the hot peppers (I used thai hot peppers and they are HOT) USE GLOVES TO PROTECT YOUR HANDS. 4. Add everything else in to the food processor and blend until done! |
