An old girlfriend always made this crock-pot dish for office gatherings. It is so easy. Ingredients:
2 lbs beef roast |
1 (1 ounce) package italian salad dressing mix |
1 (16 ounce) jar banana pepper rings |
1 onion, sliced (optional) |
1 (14 ounce) can beef stock |
8 italian rolls |
1 (8 ounce) package cheddar cheese (sliced or shredded) |
Directions:
1. Rub roast with dressing mix. 2. Combine roast, pepper rings with juice, and optional ingredients if desired. 3. Cook on low 4-5 hours or high until done. 4. Shred beef. Serve hot on rolls with cheese. |
