This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Reese Estate in Argyle, Texas in 1992. Ingredients:
8 eggs beaten |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion |
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper |
4 drops hot pepper sauce |
1/2 cup cooked taco seasoned ground beef |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, cheese, onion, green pepper and hot pepper sauce. 2. Cook and stir in nonstick skillet until eggs begin to set. 3. Add taco meat and cook until eggs are completely set. |
