1/2 cup ketchup |
1 onion, diced |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 1/4 pounds beef brisket, cooked per recipe, net from 3 pounds fresh |
Directions:
1. Place brisket in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over brisket. Cook on low 8-9 hours. |
