Appetizer Ingredients:
15 ounces black-eyed peas |
15 ounces black beans |
15 ounces corn |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper |
4 ounces diced jalapeno peppers |
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes, drained |
1 cup italian salad dressing |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. 350ยบ. 2. 9 pie pan. 3. Rinse and drain black-eyed peas, black beans and corn. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. |
