This is a great dip to use for guests who like a little heat. Sometimes I will make this and we just have it for supper too! Ingredients:
1 can hot hormel chili with beans |
1 lb ground hamburger |
i pkg cream cheese |
4 green onions sliced with the green part |
1 sm can of green chilies |
1 1/2 cups of shredded pepper jack cheese |
Directions:
1. cook hamburger and drain off fat 2. spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 8*8 baking dish 3. combine chili with ground hamburger 4. cover with cooked hamburger 5. top with green chilies 6. add chopped green onion (save a little for garnish at the end) 7. cover with pepper jack cheese 8. bake in the oven at *350 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown 9. remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining green onion 10. serve with your favorite tortilla chips |
