Made this for empanadas but it's good on a bun too. You can use a pot roast but I've used two round steaks before as well. Ingredients:
1 pot roast |
2 -3 cups brewed coffee |
2 teaspoons tabasco sauce |
1/2 cup hot salsa |
1/3 cup barbecue sauce (add more if you like a stronger barbeque flavor) |
1/3 cup onion (chopped) |
1 -2 tablespoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in crock pot, turn on low, cook 8 or more hours. 2. Meat will shred easily when ready to serve. |
