Great snack, appetizer or lunch bag dip, serve with crackers, cut raw vegetables, or chips for dipping, for another way to enjoy fiber- and protein-rich canned beans.
Ingredients:
1 can (15 ounces) no-salt-added canned beans( red, white or black), drained and rinsed
1/3 cup bottled barbecue sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce, to taste
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor and process in pulses until smooth.
