Ingredients:
1 cup reduced-sodium ketchup |
3/4 cup minced onion |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar |
2 tablespoons molasses |
1 tablespoon low-sodium worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Use to baste while cooking and/or to serve with chicken, pork, or beef. |
