My regular baked chicken recipe, but a spicier version. Side suggestions: Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Biscuits or Seasoned rice. Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
2 cups breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons salt |
3 tablespoons ground black pepper |
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper |
1 cup butter |
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese (optional) |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Rinse your chicken, and pat dry. 3. Mix Breadcrumbs,Black pepper,Cayenne pepper,Parmesan cheese and salt together, and put it in a zip lock bag or a bowl with a lid. 4. Melt butter in a saucepan, and pour over chicken. 5. Add chicken to zip lock bag and shake. 6. Add pieces to a baking pan. 7. Bake one side for 25 minutes and turn over and bake for another 15 minutes. |
