This is my husband's favorite poke dish. Beware... it is spicy! This is an appetizer frequently served in Hawaii. Also tastes great with white rice. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh sashimi grade ahi tuna |
1c. mayonaise |
1/4c sriracha hot chili sauce ( can be found near the asian foods) |
Directions:
1. Cut ahi into small bite size pieces. 2. Mix together mayonaise and chili sauce 3. Fold into Ahi. 4. Chill 1 hr before serving |
