Spicey Shrimp, Sausage and Rice |

It is kind of like a jaymbalya. It is really good! Ingredients:
3 cups rice |
1 cup onion |
1 cup celery |
8 oz. diced tomatoes |
14 oz. shrimp |
6 oz. italian sausage |
1 teaspoon hot sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. cook rice. while rice is cooking put a little olive oil in a large pan and sautee onions and celery. add shrimp and sausage (cut sausage into bite size pieces). when browned, add tomatoes and spices. then add rice. |
