Perfect for pumpkin or pecan pie, your morning coffee or even in cream puffs! Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 pinch allspice |
Directions:
1. Pour cream into chilled stainless steel bowl and beat on medium speed until frothy. 2. Gradually add the sugar, vanilla and spices. 3. Beat on high speed until the cream forms soft peaks but do not overbeat! 4. Store covered in the fridge. 5. Serve on your favorite dessert or coffee. |
