I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Ingredients:
2 cups pecan halves |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F 2. Heat oil and butter in sauce pan on stove. Add remaining ingredients except nuts and salt. Blend well and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add nuts and toss to coat well and evenly. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, shaking a couple times. Salt the nuts. 3. Let cool. Store in airtight container. |
