I like it on salads of just greens or greens plus red onions, but it's also suggested for fish salads or other vegetable salads. I did decrease the oil and increase the garlic a bit. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups olive oil |
1/2 cup wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons tomato sauce |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1 green pepper, sliced |
2 slices onions |
1 -2 garlic clove (to taste) |
