Very unusual but very tasty fudge. The combination of pumpkin, butter, marshmallows and nuts is decadent and unbeatable. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 cups sugar |
3/4 cup butter |
2/3 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 cup solid pack pumpkin |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
12 ounces butterscotch flavored chips |
7 ounces marshmallow creme |
1 cup chopped almonds toasted |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin and spice then bring to a boil stirring constantly. 2. Continue boiling over medium heat stirring constantly for 10 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and stir in chips. 4. Add creme, nuts and vanilla mixing until well blended. 5. Quickly pour into a greased rectangular pan spreading evenly. 6. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares. 7. Store in refrigerator. |
