If you don't like spicy, these probably aren't for you, but for the spicy lovers, these are great! Ingredients:
6 red potatoes, cubed |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon cayenne powder |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons dried parsley |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil 3. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes 4. Drain and spread on a baking sheet 5. In a small bowl combine next 6 ingredients 6. Drizzle potatoes with oil and sprinkle with spice mixture 7. Bake for 40 minutes , or until crisp, turning every 10 minutes |
