Ingredients:
1 egg white, lightly beaten |
1 tablespoon(s) water |
3 cup(s) pecan halves |
1/2 cup(s) white sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cloves |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a small bowl beat the egg white with the water. Stir in the pecans until well moistened. In a small bowl, mix the sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the moistened nuts. Toss to coat. Spread nuts on prepared pan. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, stirring twice. Be careful not to overcook. |
