Ingredients:
1/2 lb pecans, coarsely chopped |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup butter |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
1 dash allspice |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Boil sugar, water, butter, and spices in a large pan until it forms a soft ball. **About 2 - 3 minutes** 2. Remove from heat and gradually add the pecans. Stir gently until it turns sugary. 3. Put it all onto a waxed paper cookie sheet. 4. Next, butter up your hands and pull apart the pecans into tiny clusters. |
