Just like they were cooked at a fair...very good.. Ingredients:
1 cup pecan halves |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/3 cup evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. Cook sugar, cinnamon and milk to soft ball stage . 2. Add vanilla and pecans. 3. Mix until cool and firm. 4. Pour on waxed paper and put in refrigerator. |
