Ingredients:
2 cups pecan halves
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the pecans in a medium bowl.
3. Add the melted butter, cinnamon, cayenne pepper,sugar and salt.
4. Stir to coat pecans.
5. Transfer pecans to a baking pan.
6. Bake until the nuts are toasted, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.
7. Serve warm or at room temperture.
