2 lbs sliced peaches |
2 cups sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
1/4 ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil 45-50 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally and breaking peaches into small pieces with the back of a wooden spoon. 3. Remove from heat. Cool completely. 4. Store in airtight container for up to 2 months. |
