I got this easy and unique recipe out of an old church cookbook Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
2/3 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
2 tablespoons margarine |
punce cans sliced peach, drained, liquid reserved |
1/2 cup reserved peach syrup |
2 eggs |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. blend everthring but nuts and raisins on low speed until moistened. blend on medium for 2 minutes. 2. stir in nuts and raisins. 3. bake at 350 for 1 hour in a greased baking pan. |
