This sounds really good! I wanted to share. I can't have peaches because I have developed an allergy to peaches :( and peaches were my favorite fruit! Ingredients:
1 large can peach halves (reserve 1 cup syrup) |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 stick cinnamon |
whole cloves |
Directions:
1. Drain peach halves and place in pan with 5 cloves on each peach half. 2. Heat the syrup, vinegar, sugar, and cinnamon stick until sugar is melted. 3. Pour over the peach halves and simmer for about 10 minutes. |
