Used the Warm Spiced Parsley with Ginger Marinade to season this simple quinoa based side dish. Ingredients:
1 tbsp warm- spiced parsley marinade with ginger |
1/2 cup quinoa, dry |
1 tbsp raw sesame seeds |
1 cup tap water |
1/2 cup shelled edamame |
Directions:

It is a wonderful condiment and you'll be happy to have it in the fridge. 4. Put the water in a pot with a tight fitting lid and set it to boiling. 5. Heat a small saute pan and lightly toast the quinoa and sesame seeds. 6. Put the Warm- Spiced Parsley Marinade With Ginger and Shelled Edamame then add the toasted seeds. 7.
