Spiced Oranges with Greek Yogurt |

Complete your meal with a simple dessert of Spiced Oranges with Greek Yogurt. For a delicious summer treat, swap Greek yogurt for frozen Greek yogurt. Ingredients:
1 cup dry red wine |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 cinnamon stick |
12 whole cloves |
1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt or low-fat greek yogurt |
2 large oranges, peeled (white pith removed), sliced crosswise |
Directions:
1. Combine wine, sugar, cinnamon stick and cloves in a small saucepan. Bring wine mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until mixture has reduced and thickened, about 20 minutes. Strain into a bowl, cover and refrigerate until cold. Discard cinnamon stick and cloves. 2. Divide yogurt among four dessert bowls. Spoon orange slices on top, drizzle with spiced syrup and serve immediately. |
