Spiced Orange Cream Dressing |

Serve this with fruit and dessert salads Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon orange rind (grated) |
1/4 cup orange juice |
3 tablespoons icing sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Mix mayonnaise, orange rind, orange juice, icing sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Whip whipping cream til stiff.
3. Fold into mayonnaise mixture.
4. Chill.
