5 oranges, peeled, sliced |
1/3 cup orange juice |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
3 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur |
4 whole allspice |
1 cinnamon stick |
mint sprig (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Place oranges in a shallow glass bowl. 2. Mix orange juice, brown sugar, orange liqueur, allspice and cinnamon in a small saucepan. 3. Heat to just boiling; pour over orange slices. 4. Refrigerate, covered or overnight for flavors to blend. Garnish with mint. |
