Tired of those steamed vegetables ... wake'm up & try tossing green beans, asparagus or snow peas with this refreshing alternative. Easy to do! Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange marmalade |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon crystallized ginger (finely chopped) |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan heat and stir marmalade until melted, set aside. 2. In a medium bowl whip butter till fluffy. 3. Mix in melted marmalade, vinegar and ginger. 4. Cover; chill before serving. 5. Toss warm vegetables with butter and serve. |
