I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Party Nuts. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
2 cups raw macadamia nuts |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon ground coriander |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, more to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 250. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Place the oil and nuts in a medium size bowl and toss until well coated. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well to coat evenly. 3. Transfer the nuts to the prepared sheet and arrange in a single layer. Place in the oven and bake until lightly browned, stirring occasionally, 25-30 minutes. 4. Remove from the oven, immediately loosen the nuts with a metal spatula, and set aside to cool before serving. |
