Spiced Kumara (Orange-Coloured Sweet Potato)

Something different when you are bored of potatoes
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 kumara, thickly sliced
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a largepan.
2. Add kumara in a single layer, cook until golden brown and tender both sides.
3. Gently stir in chili powder,brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice and peanut butter.
4. Cook a few minutes.
5. Serve.
