1 quart cider |
crushed ice |
12 whole cloves |
8 whole allspice |
2 cinnamon sticks |
salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in 2 quart saucepan. Bring it to boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cool: Refrigerate covered, several hours. Just before serving, reheat slowly. Strain to remove spices. Serve hot in mugs or punch cups. |
