Thanks again Donna Hay - again with our adaptations to suit what we had in stock. Ingredients:
1100 g chicken, breast or 1100 g thigh fillets, sliced thin |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
6 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Moosh all ingredients except chicken together. Add chicken to marinate. 2. Leave for at least 30 minutes - then cook your chicken the way you usually do - BBQ, grill, pan etc - Be aware this creates a little smokiness, so cook outside or crank up your exhaust. 3. Eat and enjoy! |
