Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water |
1/4 cup sugar |
4 chai tea bags |
2 cups ice |
1/2 cup 1% reduced-fat milk |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until thoroughly chilled. 2. Place tea mixture, ice, and milk in a blender; process until smooth. Immediately pour frappé evenly into 2 glasses. |
