If you can't find the brown sugar substitute, it's fine to use another calorie-free sweetener. Ingredients:
butter-flavored cooking spray |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
dash of ground cinnamon |
2 very ripe bananas, split lengthwise |
2 cups vanilla fat-free, no-sugar-added ice cream |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add brown sugar substitute, vanilla, and cinnamon; cook 1 minute or until sugar substitute dissolves. 2.
