If you can't find the brown sugar substitute, it's fine to use another calorie-free sweetener.
Ingredients:
butter-flavored cooking spray
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of ground cinnamon
2 very ripe bananas, split lengthwise
2 cups vanilla fat-free, no-sugar-added ice cream
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add brown sugar substitute, vanilla, and cinnamon; cook 1 minute or until sugar substitute dissolves.
2. Arrange banana in pan; cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning once. Spoon banana mixture evenly over 1/2-cup portions of ice cream.
