Ingredients:
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
2 cups water
2 medium granny smith apples
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ginger nuts
Directions:
1. Cook oatmeal in boiling water then when it is nearly cooked stir in sugar and spices.
2. Add chopped apple and cook one minute until apples are hot then serve immediately.
