Spiced Amaretto Peach Custard

This is a variation on another recipe I found here (recipe ##23637). And this is so yummy! Eaten warm it is perfect harvest time food!
Ingredients:
2 pie crusts
4 1/2 cups fresh peeled and sliced peaches (about 5)
3 eggs
1/3 cup half-and-half
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 -2 tablespoon amaretto
Directions:
1. *Tip* to peal the peaches, halve them, remove the pit and drop in boiling water for 2 minutes, ABSOLUTELY no more than 3 minutes! The peel will just slip off.
2. Beat the eggs, 1/2 and 1/2, and amaretto
3. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, flour and spices.
4. Combine liquid and dry ingredients. Mix well.
5. Add the peaches and stir.
6. Pour into the pie crust and bake at 450º for 10 minutes.
7. Turn oven down to 375º and bake for another 45-55 minutes, or until tests clean.
