I found this recipe in Woman's Day. Serve this with Sweet 'n' Sour Cabbage Saute (#402398). Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
3 lbs boneless pork loin |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F Mix sugar and the spices and rub the mixture all over the pork. Place the pork in a roasting pan. 2. Roast 50 minutes or until a thermometer registers 150°F Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes before cutting. |
