This is 'part' of a recipe I got from Bon Appetit and includes a few additions of my own. = ) Ingredients:
2 c all purpose flour |
1 t baking powder |
1 t splenda |
1 t nutmeg |
1/2 salt |
1/2 t cinnimon |
2 eggs |
1/4 c butter, melted |
1 3/4 c whole milk |
smuckers sugar free syrup |
fresh fruit or bananas |
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle. Whisk first 6 ingredients in one bowl. In another bowl whisk eggs, melted butter and milk. Mix the liquid into the flour. Brush some butter onto the griddle and cook pancakes. Cover in fresh fruit and a huge dollop of syrup - serve immediately. |
