From Coconut and Lime Blog Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets |
1 1/2 tablespoons cumin |
1 tablespoon hot paprika |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. In a large pan, place cauliflower. 2. Dust with spices and toss with oil. Rearrange florets so they are in a single layer. 3. Roast for 15 minutes or until dark brown and caramelized around the edges. Sprinkle with salt and serve. |
