Ingredients:
1 pound(s) roughy or haddock fillets |
1/4 cup(s) italian bread crumbs mixed with waitrose parsley & thyme rub |
1 parsley finely chopped |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/8 dried thyme |
Directions:
1. marinate fillets in lemon juice and olive oil 2. oven to 450 F 3. place fillets in baking pan, brush with olive oil 4. combine dry ingredients in a bowl, shake over fillets 5. bake for 10 minutes or until flakey |
