1 egg, beaten |
1 cup sugar |
1 3/4 cups flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 cup oil |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon allspice |
1 1/4 teaspoons cloves, ground |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 375. 2. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. 3. Pour into a buttered 9x12 pan. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes (or until firm in the middle). 5. Cool on a rack before cutting. |
