I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from a Weight Watchers Flex Plan Menu. This is a 5 point value. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries |
1 medium ripe banana |
1 cup light vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Blend together in a blender strawberries, banana, and vanilla light yogurt. 2. Serve. |
