Serve with a micro-baked potato, topped with Sour Cream and Real Bacon Bits and a tossed salad topped with your favorite Dressing. Ingredients:
4 lbs racks of baby-back pork ribs (2 large) |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. CUT ribs into 2-rib pieces. Place rib pieces in large microwaveable bowl; add water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 20 minute Drain off liquid and fat; discard. 2. HEAT grill to medium heat. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce. 3. GRILL ribs 10 minute or until barbecue sauce sets thickly, turning occasionally. |
