Adapted from Kraft Kitchens. Salsa, MIRACLE WHIP, chili powder, flour tortillas, chicken breast, Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese cvt Ingredients:
1/2 cup salsa |
30 g (2 tbsp.) miracle whip |
1/2 tsp. chili powder |
8 flour tortillas (6 inch) |
3/4 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breast halves, sliced |
1 cup shredded mexican four cheese |
Directions:
1. COMBINE salsa, dressing and chili powder; spread evenly onto bottom halves of tortillas. Top with chicken and cheese. 2. FOLD tortillas in half to enclose filling. 3. COOK in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut each quesadilla into three wedges to serve. 4. VARIATION: Substitute 4 KRAFT Singles for the shredded cheese. |
