Speedy Chicken Stew Add jalapenos and red pepper flakes to tase Ingredients:
28 oz low sodium chicken broth |
20 oz corn |
10 oz lima beans |
1 baking potato, diced |
1/2 onion |
1/4 t thyme |
3 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped |
1 1/2 lb tomatoes |
2 cloves garlic |
2 t basil, fresh and chopped |
1 t oregano |
2 t corn starch |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a Dutch oven. 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Stir in remaining ingreients and simmer 10 more minutes. |
