Super quick and easy goes great with salsa or chutney Ingredients:
3 tablespoons self raising flour |
1 teaspoon dried herbs |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne |
300 g grated cheddar cheese |
1 beaten egg |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the oil and season if desired. 2. Form into 8 balls and flatten slightly 3. Fry in the oil for 2 - 3 mins each side. |
