This is a very quick way to make a easy but good dessert. Any fruit can be used. Ingredients:
4 cups peaches, peeled and chopped |
1 2/3 cups sugar |
1 cup flour |
1/3 cup milk |
1/3 cup butter, softened |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Cover peaches with 1 cup of sugar; set aside. 2. Combine remaining 2/3 cup sugar with remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. 3. Fold in peaches; pour into well greased deep baking dish. 4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. 5. May serve hot or cold with whipped cream or dessert topping. |
