Rich hot chocolate mix - -great gift! I experimented to heighten the flavor of the powdered drink mixes. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups dry milk |
1 cup powdered french vanilla flavored coffee creamer |
1 cup instant powdered cocoa mix |
3/4 cup instant malted milk powder |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 dash salt |
1/2 cup miniature marshmallow |
Directions:
1. Mix all the above ingredients until well blended.
2. Place in a canning jar with a tight fitting lid.
3. Measure a generous 1/4 cup mix in mug.
4. Pour boiling water over mixture and stir until dissolved.
